Recruiting Position:

(1) Laboratory Researcher

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:                                 

Bachelor degree or above, major in organic chemistry, medicinal/pharmaceutical chemistry, applied chemistry, chemical engineering, etc;

Familiar with the field basic theoretical sciences and mechanism; have some basic experimental operation skills in organic/medicinal chemistry, polymer sciences and analytical capability to be able to understand the mechanism of organic chemical reaction, have the ability to design a reasonable synthesis route and optimize it; understand the analytical methods of HPLC, GC, MS, UV, FT-IR and other instruments, and be able to carry out the corresponding map analysis.

(2) Researcher Of Polymer Materials Sciences

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:       

Bachelor degree or above, major in polymer chemistry, polymer physics and other polymer materials;

Familiar with the basic polymer chemistry reactions and mechanic properties tests principles of polymer materials, be able to understand the polymerization chain reaction mechanism and control the average molecular weight, polymerization inhibition mechanism of polymers, have certain design and optimization ability of polymerization reaction reasonable synthesis route; understand the double-screw extrusion/granulation, sample preparation with injection molding machine and other equipment and the maintenance, familiar with the standard test methods of reinforced aging, be able to conduct tests and collect/analyze the data of all polymer materials' tests.

(3) QC Analyst

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:       

College degree or above, with background knowledge of organic chemistry, organic analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis, etc;

Familiar with the physical and chemical analysis, know or familiar with instrumental analysis of organic compounds and polymeric materials, able to understand the basic technology of purity analysis and impurity analysis of organic chemicals and polymeric  products, familiar with or understand the working principle and analysis method development of HPLC-PAD, GC-FID, LC-MS, UV, FT-IR and other instruments, and be able to carry out the corresponding analysis and results analysis.

Responsibilities:

(4) Sales Person

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:       

College degree or above with solid capabilities to clearly introduce products and convince customers, it's a plus credit with some basic knowledge of organic products, polymer additives and other related products. It's better for the sales person to be able to speak, understand and write in English; possess the skills of easily approaching and communicating with strangers; strong expression and persuasion ability in front of the public with self-motivated, diligent, intelligent and constantly improving attitude. Sales person salary is in the form of basic plus share percentage of sales profit without any top seal.

Responsibilities:

Responsible, diligent, honest and widely welcomed nature; willing constantly to develop new markets and new customers, can drive, with a high sense of responsibility and team spirit and dedication.

(5) Office Management Specialist

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:       

High school degree or above, with basic office management skills, better to have some chemical knowledge, warehouse management, financial management and other related professional knowledge background and skills;
